is a therapeutic, life-sharing community for adolescents and young adults in need of special care. It is located in a beautiful rural setting on 35 acres of land in the heart of the Laurentian mountains, one hour north of Montreal.

At Maison Emmanuel we build community with people in need of special care who have intellectual and various other disabilities. We create a healthy and nurturing social environment and encourage the realization of everyone's potential.

Maison Emmanuel offers a model of community living with disabled people that nurtures the capacity to care for each other and facilitates the growth and development of each member. Maison Emmanuel strives to improve the quality of life for all its members, so they can have a progressively active role in meeting the needs of the wider community and become increasingly self sufficient.
